Happy Wingsday! It's Wingsday around here and it's time to give you a fruity tip. Have you ever opened a banana and only eaten 1/2 of it? What do you with the other 1/2 so that it doesn't brown and get mushy?
I don't like to waste anything and I don't like throwing things away. So, if you are like me and like to eat every piece of everything you bought this tip is for you. Take the remaining banana as is (hopefully still in the skin) and place it in the microwave. Don't turn the microwave on. Use the microwave as a storage container. It will keep the banana fresh for a couple days so you can eat it fresh and not mushy. Happy Wingsday eating!
