Homecoming Wingsday!

When a loved one is away from us for an extended period of time we look forward to when they come home. I think of our men and women in the military on deployment. Their families are so happy for their return! Also, when someone who lives far away comes to visit, family and friends stand with "Welcome!" signs at the airport to greet them.

Homecoming is also known as the day an adopted child joins their family. What a special act of love a birth mother gives to parents - the gift of a child. The watchman angels in our book series long to be adopted as part of your family's lives.

We chose to name the day a watchman angel comes into your homes as "Homecoming Day!" because the day an angel's mission starts is really the day it becomes a part of your family - for a lifetime. Welcome your angel into your homes with a party, a poem, or a special tradition. Then remember to celebrate the anniversary of your angel's Homecoming Day each year.
