Have you ever burned yourself? Whether in the kitchen cooking or roasting something over an open fire burns can happen in an instant. A couple weeks ago as I was pulling lasagna out of the oven my arm got too close to the wire rack and "ouch!" I got burned.
Recently an article was in the paper about a burn cure that was unheard of to me. The article did not mention aloe vera even though that is a good one to cool burns. It mentioned a common household item as a means to not only take the "ouch" out of the burn but to completely heal it so that the burn mark disappears. The trick was to submerse the burn almost immediately and not delay. Are you curious as to what nondescript grocery item could do all this? It's soy sauce. Yes, soy sauce. I couldn't believe it either. Who knew burns are better with soy sauce? Next time someone in the fam gets burned we will be reaching for the soy sauce. I will report back and let you know how it tested in our house. Not that we are eager or seeking to get burned to test this home remedy out. So if by accident you or someone you know gets burned, don't reach for the ice, the butter or the aloe reach for the soy sauce instead. Be sure and let us know if and how it worked for you. Not that we are hoping you get burned either. It's better to stay burn-free but accidents do happen. #ouch! #burnsarebetterwithsoysauce #burnfree #angels #whereisyourangel #angelwatchingoverme #gottagetyourangel #angelbooksforkids #elf #shelf #startyourangelsmission #prayers #angelfun
