We Like To Eat!!

We are a country that likes food! There are soo many national food days it's borderline ridiculous. Rather than take up blog space each time there is a national food day I want to list some of them here. Then you can contact your local restaurants or grocery stores to see what specials they may have going on.

Today is National Lasagna Day! My family loves lasagna. There are soo many ways to make lasagne - alfredo, seafood, vegetable, meat, spicy sausage, and the list goes on. Today Olive Garden and Buca di Beppo are having specials. Call ahead to see if you have to be a subscriber to their emails to get the specials or if you can just walk in and get them.

It's National Watermelon Day on Saturday. Our local grocer is offering free samples. National Cheesecake Day is tomorrow. If you live near a Cheesecake Factory they are having 1/2 price cheesecakes all day. Other local restaurants are offering up freebies or specials on cheesecake too.
