Last night I was reading a monthly letter from Joyce Meyer. She said something that I thought would be helpful to some of you. It sure was a blessing to me.

She said, "Worrying is like making a down payment on a problem you may never even have. It wars against faith and is a thief rooted in fear, stealing your today through agonizing over tomorrow." So when you feel worry creeping up on you or in your thoughts, take a hold of it, put it in an envelope with no return address and send it up to God. He'll handle it.

So today, let me encourage you to make it a "Worry-Free Wingsday!" Your spirit will feel light as a feather if you do.
