Will Rogers Day...Just Because

Will Rogers was a cowboy and a Hollywood star back when Hollywood was just starting out in the early 1900's. He was also a humorist and came up with some clever quips. As you read through them take a moment to relish the thought or see the imagery. Some are just laugh out loud funny! Here are a few I recently came across:

Don't squat with your spurs on.
Even if you're on the right track, you'll get run over if you just sit there.
Good judgment comes from experience, and a lot of that comes from bad judgment.
If you're ridin' ahead of the herd, take a look back every now and then to make sure it's still there.
There's two theories to arguin' with a woman. Neither one works.

There are three kinds of men. The one that learns by reading. The few who learn by observation. The rest of them have to touch the electric fence for themselves.
